Whatsappbackup from Android to iPhone with changed Number

Hey,

at first I'm sorry for my bad English I hope you can understand it.

I got an android smartphone with WhatsApp and my old phone Number. I got a new number because I bought the iPhone 7 from the Telekom Germany.

Now to my question. I want to Install WhatsApp on the iPhone 7 (it is not here already, comes in 2 Weeks), and can I restore there my Backup via Google Drive or can i Transfer it via PC on the iPhone like I can transfer it from my Android Device to my PC (Copy and Paste)? Or do I have to change my Number in WhatsApp first and can do then the backup while veryfing my number?

I can not recive Messages to my old number, because I lost my Simcard.

I am happy to get some answers, maybe in german and if you got any questions then feel free to ask.

If you still have access to WhatsApp on the Android phone, there's a 'change number' option in the settings. Only the new number needs to be able to receive messages, I believe
