Note: I'm reposting this from the Apple support forums. I just wanted to hedge my bets that this gets solved.
I'm running on a 2x 2.8GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon and Mac OS X (10.5.1)

I work for a school district in Texas. At my school, we just migrated our site from a G4 server to an Intel server. And in the process of changing over, the tech guys for the school district had to change a bunch of settings; our website was only really working by the grace of God. Everything on the district's firewalls was being routed to an IP that wasn't working. They had to undo everything and redo it all. Still, that shouldn't affect anything from behind the firewall; we should still be able to access it from inside the district. Only now I can't use the wikis or anything associated with them (i.e. blogs, calendars, etc).
I reconnected the old server but to a new IP and new URL (which cannot be seen outside the district), and, sure enough, I can't access the wikis on there either. Here's what I'm getting:

I also cannot select a date store folder for wikis/calendars/etc. Every time I select the folder where all the wikis are located, it allows me to save and then disappears shortly thereafter. I also cannot select a default wiki and blog theme.

I followed the instructions I found for migrating wikis on
http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=307227
Thus far, everything works but the wiki and things associated with it. I used the same general settings from the previous server and followed all the instructions I've read or been given from the Apple support forums. So now I'm just confused. Thanks for the help!

I found that the permissions on the wiki data store were not correct if you don't use the default Data Store location. We had to give the _teamsserver account permissions on the custom data store location and then things started rolling.

Also make sure /all/ files needed are in the wiki location. I had an issue where psync deleted a file during a drive move and the lost file broke the entire ical and wiki server.

Also, open Console and see if there are any error messages generating. Could be something broken somewhere that that will point you toward.
