Where is health apps on iPad

Why is there still not a health apps available on the iPad?

Since the health app requires a paired Apple Watch to report much of the health app’s data, why not have a version of the health app that is designed to view and format reports as well as send those reports out to who ever you choose too or print the reports. With syncing control or simple reading of the iCloud data.
