Is there a section on this forum to discuss how to build a Hackintosh? I know there is this website which seems to have a lot of info (https://www.tonymacx86.com) but is there any place on MacRumours to discuss it?

TonyMac is going to be your best bet. I've built one myself and it works great, but there's not too much talk of Hackintoshes here.
