iPad mini Where to buy replacement screen

Does anyone have any idea where to buy an iPad mini replacement screen (digitizer) that comes pre assembled with:

-IC chip
-Home button flex cable
-EMI tape across the bottom
-Adhesive

I have found a lot with the IC chip and home button flex cable but not the others. Any help would be appreciated.
