This 'animation' is so generic and basic, it could have been produced in just about any animation or video software.

Might have been After Effects, or Apple Motion. Or Davinci Resolve. Heck, I could do this in OpenToonz. The assets were probably prepared in an image editor like Photoshop and a vector app like Illustrator.

Thank you very much for your reply. I think such transitions and videos can be prepared in PowerPoint. It surprised me quite a bit!
