iPad Which App Do I Need?

I would like to buy a new iPad when they come out. I need to be able to basically make image maps with it. That's where you take a picture, and when you tap on certain parts of the picture (which are linked to documents) it opens up those other documents.

Does anyone know of an app that does this basic function? :confused:
