which non apple headphones / ear buds have audio and phone control?

so im looking to get something with a little better sound for when im working out or traveling but i do not want to lose the phone and audio control feature that the existing ones have that came with my iphone.


I know apple makes an "in ear" set, but how do those stack up to other after market ear buds?


i'd prefer something similar in design to the standard ones, so nothing big or bulky that goes over my ears
