Sitting down facing front.
Hey, sorry if this has been adressed before. I tried to find it.

In Safari I'm getting a really irritating flickering when I scroll on the macrumors site (news and forum both) when in light theme. Dark theme is fine of course but I'm not so crazy about it. It's as if the background color changes slightly, and then stutters back when the scroll momentum is finished. Is this a known issue? I haven't tried swapping GPUs yet, but I can't find anything that indicates that might be a problem.

cMac Pro 4,1>5,1 / 2x 2,26 E5520 (Nehalem) / 48GB (1066) / Pulse RX580 / SSD / 10.13.6

Edit: sorry, it's only in the forums, not the front page. And When I'm actually inside a post that only has the OP (no replies), or when creating a new post, the flicker becomes a serious banding. Very strange.
