White Magic Keyboard backlight makes it hard to read keys

Does anyone else find that the key backlighting makes the keys harder to read in certain situations?

In bright light you don't need it. Although I will say that even in the dark it needs to be pretty bright to be readable.

I know I don’t need it but it turns itself on. There is no need for it in this lighting situation So i have to manually turn it off in settings. It’s very annoying.
