Hey, I had like 400 tabs open in safari . Like a idiot I cleared my history and cache as I was getting an error message from a website . (In efforts to solve).

Anyways, I need my tabs back. I don’t backup or use iCloud. Is there any way to recover this?

yep, those sound like scams. You deleted your history and cache — there’s nothing to get back.

If you had a Time Machine backup with all of your tabs open, that would likely do the trick.

Gotta be a way, no?
That way is a backup which you didn't do. I always have to restore from an iTunes backup when restoring because my tabs get messed up otherwise.

If you're on iOS 15 or later you can create tab groups which lets you save and open multiple preset tabs at once.
