iPhone 8/Plus Why does night shift look so different On the iPhone 8 Plus compared to the iPhone 8?

Hi I got an iPhone 8 a while back and I really like it. It’s a really great phone. Regarding the screen, I really enjoy true tone and I really enjoy Night Shift as well.

Recently I got the iPhone 8 plus as well and I really like this phone. I think it is a great phone and I am actually enjoying this larger screen more than my iPhone eight.

I have noticed that the Night Shift looks significantly different on my iPhone 8 plus then on my iPhone eight.

Why is that?

Can you describe what you mean here?

The only thing different is the tint of the screen. If one phone is tinted warmer in colour temp then true tone on it is going to be darker. If one phone is tinted to an intended D65 then true tone on it is going to look proper.

In other words if u compare those both phones, ones going to be yellower than the other

That said, the iPhone 8s seem to be pretty spot on with colour across the board unlike the X
