Well, if my math is correct, here goes...
Right now, I'm going to make the specs of the 2.1ghz equal to that of the 2.4ghz:
2.1ghz ($1099)––––––––––2.4ghz ($1299)
13.3"------------------------13.3"
2.1ghz–––––––––––––––––2.4ghz
combo drive––––––––––––superdrive
2gb–––––––––––––––––––2gb
160gb HD–––––––––––––160gb hd

$1,249.00––––––––––––$1299.00
Notice the $50 difference, and for $50, you get a super drive, and .3ghz more of performance, and the heck of saying "I got the middle model"
And I certainly doubt that the $50 is for combo drive and .3ghz more performance
the 2.1ghz seriously needs to drop like $150, cuz now, its a rip off.
