My iPhone 13 Pro is disconnecting from Wi-Fi when I unlock it.

When I start using the phone again it disconnects from my Wi-Fi network, shows 5G icon, then after a couple of seconds it reconnects to the Wi-Fi. This happens every time I unlock my iPhone (it doesn't matter if I am near the modem or not, or if I'm connected to my work network or my home network).

I tried to reboot my modem, to reset the network setting and to reboot my phone; initially everything was ok, but after a couple of days, it started doing it again. I noticed this issue after the 16.2 update (it still persists on 16.3 and today I have updated to 16.3.1).

Wi-Fi assist is turned on, but usually when Wi-Fi assist works it does not disconnect the phone from the WiFi network.
In this case, I've noticed that when I unlock my phone, in "setting" it shows "Not connected" until it finds again the WiFi network and connects to it again.

Is anybody facing the same issue? Any help of how to fix it?

Thanks a lot.
