Is it just me or are widgets on macOS massive. On my 13" MacBook I'm only able to get 4 lines of the small or medium widgets on my desktop and extra large ones take up most screen. They really need to be scaled down or at least offer the option to do so.

I think they're about the size they'd be on an iPhone when using the "More Space" setting in System Settings > Displays. You can change the scaling to affect the widgets, as the default scaling is simply way too big in pretty much every aspect, not just widgets. I find the default scaling option they chose quite weird on the 13" ones, it doesn't match any other Mac.
