General Wifi broken on iOS 9.0.2?

sometime in the last few days my wifi connection has become very erratic.
I find myself going to settings about every five minutes to cycle the "wifi" button on and off.
Works for a few minutes and it's gone again.
Happens on my iPA2 and two phones. Tried all the various resets to no avail.

Anyone else.

I have had the same issue on my iPad Air 2. It only started happening when I updated to 9.0.2. Now it's basically useless at my office (NetGear router). I have yet to see any issues staying connect at home, but my home router is an Airport Extreme so that might have something to do with it.
