WiFi option grayed out

Hey People

My Iphone has just developed something..... in the settings menu where you can usually turn WiFi on and off it now dosn't give me the option, the menu is gray and cannot be selected. Also in the About section the WiFi Address is N/A

any advice please?

reset the iphone - i think you press the home button for 6 seconds or home and sleep button - and see what happens

If that fails, you could try a Restore from iTunes and see what happens, though more than likely I'd guess it's going to need a visit to the Apple Store.

updated it

updated it from itunes or restore it's easy it only take about 10 minutes

thaanks for your suggestions..... tried them all, restart, restore, update etc.... still the WiFi is gray.

could it be a hardware failure?

ok try to update it into ziphone....u can find a tutorial in youtube....
