WIFI problem "Preferences Error"

I have Yosemite and I have a problem with deleting a SSID. When I perform a delete I get the message "Preferences Error" "There was an error in Network Preferences"

I have delete the old /Library/preferences/Startup/Systemconfiguration file and reinstalled Yosemite but I still get the error message.

Any ideas?
