iPhone 15 Pro Max Will Apple hold in-store pick up iPhone till Saturday morning?

If I order for in store pick up on launch day, will Apple hold the phone until Saturday morning? Or will they cancel my order? I seem to recall that they give you a pick up window.

Pick up window is just so you don’t have to wait

You can order and pick up at another day but the wait in the store will be longer
