Will Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare play

Hi
I only have one game on my imac called Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
Love to play the multiplayer on line game every now and then
I am reluctant to change my OS Mavericks to the new Yosemite in fear of this game not working
Would appreciate help and find out if anyone has successfully installed Y

I'm kinda reviving an old thread here, but yes, it would work fine if you update.
