Will I need a seperate data plan?

If I have an iPhone data plan, will I also need a seperate data plan for the Tablet?

Its already rediculous that my wife and I have to pay 30$/mo each for 2 data plans. It would be equally rediculous that the Tablet would make you purchase another data plan.

I thought cable companies were bad with broadband prices, but at least they dont make you pay per device.
