Will there be news on new Apple TV+ ?

Hi so I might sign up for Apple TV+ if there is live news on it. Right now Apple TV just makes up news channels by referring to apps in the app store. Do you think or know if TV+ will have such channels besides TV shows? Apple has a lot of catching up to do if they are in the content game.

Apple tv+ is more like Netflix than PSVue or Hulu Live. Live TV broadcast such as news requires purchasing of rights in each market across the US. This is the main reason Hulu, PSVue, Sling..etc do not carry all local channels in every market. It is too complicated and expensive. Your news is readily available for free with an antenna.
