Resolved Will this RAM work in my new 2011 17" MBP 2.3, 256GB SSD?

been looking at a lot of ram lately and i read some feedback on this one (some negative some positive) a couple said it worked for the new MBP's (2011's) and some said it doesnt.

If anyone has the same set up of newest MBP's and is using similar ram let me know. also if anyone has suggestions, i want the best not worried about price and no more than 8gb. thanks!

I think that 1866 is really hit or miss with what happens, while the 1600 is flawless.

thats kinda what i got from the feedback people left on it as well. i think ill take this one but will wait a week or so until i make the purchase and see if i can get more suggestions.

its the newest unibody MBP. i just ordered it and had it shipped home so i will get it in october when i am there for Rest & relaxation leave! ahhh cant wait.

My MBP is a 17" 2.3 GHz intel i7, 256GB SSD(stock, ordered from mac store), came with 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM 2x2, and a antiglare screen

I have the 1600 kingston with no problems but i don't see any difference from 4gb
