Merry Christmas everyone.
I am a windows user and have very little knowledge of apple stuff. Ignorance did not stop me from experimenting with installing windows on macbook pros. Was not hard installing win10pro on MCP 13" mid-2012 using bootcamp. Now I am trying to find out if I can install win11pro on a MBP 17" late-2011 without any macos in the disk. I am going through Google to see if there is a reliable method but if you know of any I would appreciate a heads-up. Cheers.

Later: Spent virtually half a day yesterday looking for a solution but came up with nothing.

No, I don't have that MacBook and I don't like Windows 11.
I would install Windows 10 or Lubuntu.
