I am an long Mac user, then i bought a 14inch MacBook Pro with Promotion.
then i found a issue when i boot up the system , when i minimize the window and the animation is smooth , looks like it has 120hz. then after few hours or few times (Irregular times) the minimize animation will gets laggy and it looks like only 60hz even lower. This issue has existed in the very early version of monterey, and the instant update to the latest 12.5.1, or the latest beta 6 version of ventura has always existed.
The only temporary workaround is to open Activity Monitor and find the Dock process to kill it and make it restart automatically, the animation will comes back smooth in a period, but after using few times then it get laggy again.
I hope everyone can submit this problem to Apple Feedback Assistant together,and gets better experience
