Hello Windows-just-for-gaming-on-sundays friends, the backup feature of Windows, the 'File History' one says the external USB backup it's been assigned to it before is now not attached or not plugged in even though it's mounted on the File Explorer and I can open the folders and copy things on it manually? This means that the last backup was weeks ago coz' I thought it's reliable like Time Machine and you can just check it once every so often if things are backed up.
What's the fix? Should I format the backup drive again then point File History to it then turn on the 'Backup Now'? What could prevent this from happening again?
