Just sharing a solution to a weird issue I experienced on my 13" Macbook Pro (with integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics).
I found that my Windows 7 partition was crashing after login, whenever I had a display adapter plugged into the DisplayPort (ie. DisplayPort -> HDMI, Displayport -> DVI).
This turned out to be an issue with the Boot Camp drivers supplied - eventually fixed by upgrading the drivers from the Intel website.
Just run the Intel Driver Update Utility;
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
It will detect the right drivers - just install and reboot.
