I have an iPhone XS and have noticed over the last week that wireless charging is either very slow, or sometimes doesn't work at all (even when correctly placed on the mat and it says it's charging.) According to Coconut battery my iPhone battery is still in good health, holding around 85% of its original charge after 330 cycles. The phone is around 18 months old. It charges fine over a lightning cable. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be? It seems unlikely the charging mat is faulty, but I don't have another one to test.

Have you tried it on more than one charging mat to isolate the problem to the phone? Do you have a case on the phone? If so, try removing it and then charging.
