Carrier With Red Pocket I do not get Voicemail Notifications?

I switched from ATT to Red Pocket service and I no longer get notified when someone leaves me a voicemail.. I can't figure out why? Any ideas what to try? I do get messages just don't know it.. and I need to check them.

I do have all notifications on..

iPhone 6 with latest OS
