Wrong free disk space on external RAID

Dear

I'm using a Mac Studio with latest Ventura release.
MacOS is showing me 5.4tb occupied space but I'm pretty sure it's not... I haven't done any recent action to increase the disk space used.

I downloaded and installed Disk Inventory X and pointed to the mentioned RAID the total allocated space is 3.8tb (this is what I expect).

By adding up the folders space showed the total amount from disk inventory x is 3.8tb. I used disk utility sos, removed spotlight indexing on the disk, restarted the system but nothing happen. I have around 1.6tb that I don't know where they are and where to look for.

Any hints on what to check? How do I force an update on disk space usage on external disk?

Value showed by Disk Inventory X after program launch:

Disk Inventory X after scanning the drive. If you sum all the value showed the total amount can't reach 5.4tb of data. So I'm looking for around 1.4tb of data as a free space or a Disk Inventory X scan... Who is lying? Scanned size from Disk Inventory X or Finder?

In Disk Utility, select "Library HD". Now select menu.. View > Show APFS Snapshots. Are there any snapshots? Even though you may have deleted files, if the files are included in a snapshot, the files won't be truly deleted until the snapshot is deleted. Snapshots are used by Time Machine and other back up software.. like Carbon Copy Cloner. While you can delete snapshots, it's best to let macOS, Time Machine, and the software which created them, manage snapshot creation and deletion.

Below snapshot following your instruction. At time of writing the free space is now 3.24tb... I didn't use the machine from the previous screenshot with 2.62tb free.
