macOS X-Chat Aqua - Scripting?

This might be in the wrong forum, but is there any way to make an a command to voice everyone in the channel for it?

and pray tell, what IRC network doesn't have services that let you put people on VOP? or are you just wanting to voice EVERYONE? (in that case, get a dedicated bot or something, especially if the channel is +m and you're not there all the time)

Anyway, a google search came up with these. Since xchataqua is based on xchat, these should work, might need a bit of tweaking though.
