Carrier x264 or x265 for streaming over cellular on iPhone 14 Pro Max ?

I can't decide if I should encode my blu rays on my NAS to x264 or x265. Please help.

Will be using nPlayer Plus or Infuse Pro to play them remotely direct streaming

What the optimal size too if anyone knows?
