I grabbed the spring update because I wanted to try out Forza2 and be able to get on xbox live, but now I can't stream my videos with connect360 yet. I do have an external usb hdd that I can play them from, but I thought it'd be MUCH more convienent to just play them from a usb drive that I can throw the videos on from my mac and then plug into the xbox.

However, the only large usb drive that I have is my 1st gen iPod shuffle. I have set it to have all of its capacity for data using iTunes, but the xbox only sees it as an ipod music device and not the partition for data when looking to play the videos.

Is there a way to get this to work? I tried the front and rear ports with no luck.

If I simply reformat the entire shuffle for FAT32 would that work? Would I be able to restore it to being an ipod?
