I researched a lot and normally Cmd + / should comment a block in xCode.
It does not! I have my Mac on English System Settings but I have a German keyboard Layout.
In the settings (xCode) it is Cmd+/ but it does not work. I also changed it to other Shortcuts. Nothing.
Actually Cmd + 7 (/) is openning the debugger navigation. the / is on nr 7 at german keyboards.

Also in my Edit settings I have no Comment Section.

Desktop? Laptop? Old Xcode? Have you tried the physical key location (the one next to the right shift)?
Macbook Air M1 with German keyboard layout but English System language.
Xcode 14.3
Never heard about this key button. Do you know on German keyboards?

When trying to make new key bindings, holding command+ß is recognised as command+V.
This happens as well with command+7, command+8, command+9 and command+0
It seems to be a Sonoma issue in combination with a German keyboard - just provided feedback to Apple.
