Before digging out my Xcode archives, I thought I'll ask here first.
Was there such thing or do I have to install one of the full 3.x.x versions?
I'm after a strip, lipo, ditto, pagestuff and that kind of things.

Went checking my archives. 3.1.4 had a (visible) CLI package. Installed it, everything is OK.

There is a folder at the root level of Xcode 3.1.4. dmg called 'packages' which is visible. CLI package is, among others, inside it. Just double-click it and install.
I haven't checked what exactly is installed. I needed 'strip' and 'pagestuff' and they were there.

Ok, got it. As I recall, it does not include all command line tools.
