I use Oticon Opn hearing aids that support iPhone Bluetooth. It worked solidly using my old iPhone 6. Recently, I upgraded to the XR. This new phone now keeps dropping the the Bluetooth connection. I've searched the Internet and tried all the recommended fixes. No fix is stable. It definitely is an Apple problem. I'm also having similar issues with the Bluetooth in my 2019 Mazda and a Bluetooth speaker.

BTW, the Oticon Opn hearing aids are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

It might be a hardware issue. What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Tried rebooting your device and hearing aid? Forget Bluetooth connection and pair it it again? Did network reset? Put device into recovery mode and reinstall the latest system software? Have you updated the system software?

If you have tried all the software methods, you should take it to an Apple store for a diagnostic.
