returned my xs max today due to the crappy reception . Im on the road every day and got sick of dropped calls no service . Had the charging issue too . Funny thing about it was both the xs and the xs max sat right next to the 8 and the 8 was the only one that had service. The manager said i had to pay a 45 restocking fee cause they havent heard of the problem . I said o yea then how come your two brand new phones have no service right now ? Left him speechless and out the door i went without paying a restocking fee . Way to go apple thats good advertisment right there
