iPhone 15 pro max due to its light weight. Now, I do not have to be worried when I put iPhone 15 pro max on my light material short pocket causing a wardrobe malfunction 😊
The changes are sometimes so subtle it is hard to tell the difference. The biggest one was from the 8 to the X but the rest are so hard to tell
The 6S plus blew the 6 plus out of the water. HUGE difference
Best - iPhone 7/Plus to iPhone X. Getting rid of the giant forehead and home button to get the first "fullscreen" iPhone was pretty great. Also the first with FaceID...although it wasn't nearly as perfect as it is now.
Worst - Probably any single year iPhone upgrade since the X until at least the 14.

I skipped 12PM due to incremental updates according to me. But 2 jumps i was really happy about were from xs max to 11PM and 11Pm to 13PM.
First of new upgraded photo mode with super night mode, matte back finish and stunning green color.
Second cause mostly superior battery life and promotion screen.
However i resisted long time buying the 14PM and instead of 15PM bought it and still satisfied with better camera, always on display, dynamic island, stunnin purple color and best speakers i've ever had on the phone.

I used to read ebooks on my iPhone (Stanza app) so the upgrade to retina display was a huge thing for me.
Worst: 13 to 14 (non-Pro)
It's like they're almost the same device except Apple got rid of the physical SIM slot on the 14.

Going from the first iPhone on Edge to the 3G was a major improvement. Internet speeds were significantly better, especially screen refresh. Also, the App Store greatly improved the device.
4s to 5 LTE was a big jump.
7 Plus to the X (and, even better, the XS Max) was a big deal to me. Loved the all screen experience).

for me personally it was 14 Pro to 15 Pro (Max). If I really liked a phone I kept it for 2 years (4, 5, 6s, X, 11 Pro). Was happy to get pass off my 6 and return the 14 Pro.

yes inside but completely different form factor. One had Touch ID and the X had a Face ID.
