Since they're releasing a public beta of Yosemite, but not iOS8, are there any continuity features that you'll actually be able to test without a dev account and iOS8 phone? Other than spotlight and some visual changes, it seems like all of the major changes are tied to having an updated iOS device as well.

Can anyone shed any light on this, if you've seen anything indicating otherwise while playing with the dev beta?

iOS7 does not have the code or features to allow Continuity, so its a non feature if you're not on iOS8. Given that both are beta 1, its possible this feature is missing anyways.
