Purchased my iPhone 11 Pro Max last month. When I go to the app it says "Enjoy 1 year free." Click through, tells me 1 year free trial, starting December 1, 2020 $4.99/mo, as expected.

When I double click to confirm, I then get a popup that says "You are not qualified for the hardware offer. Do you want to buy Apple TV+ at $4.99?"

When trying the desktop trick posted here, I only get the option of one month at $4.99. Anyone else having this issue?

Worked for me through the website, just make sure you are logged in, do it on a computer. And you should probably ask apple support instead of a forum with no control over this

I also purchased an iPhone 11 Pro Max in early October and got the same message and also when I retried. However, shortly afterward I got an email confirming the subscription so I rebooted and now its working.
