HomeKit You can tell Siri to turn off/on all devices EXCEPT for one device

“Hey Siri, turn off all living room lights except for the reading lamp.”

“Hey Siri, turn on everything in the kitchen except for the kettle.”

This is a very useful feature, especially if you tend to use motion sensors and automations.
