iPad Air Youtube video frame drops, stuttering, only me?

I experiene millisecond fps drops which happens every 15-30 seconds, only happens on yt app, in safari playback is smooth. I have latest ipad os,youtube app updated, owner of air 4. Does someone experience same thing? 99% its youtube‘s bug as i guess…

In what way? YouTube doesn't throttle videos if you don't pay them.
