Any changes to webextensions in new safari?

I was wondering if anyone with knowledge of the relevant APIs knows if safari’s implementation of WebExtensions has been improved.

As much as I like Safari as a browser, it’s inability to provide the necessary API for ublock origin has and will continue to stop me using it.

While I don’t know of they added the required APIs, I highly doubt they have or will add them. They have their own content blocker APIs and I believe do them for differently for privacy and performance reasons.

Only new API announced is DeclarativeNetRequest.
