Just switched to modular compact, and immediately had to change the clock to analogue.
Just seems more aesthetically pleasing to the eye, to me.
How about you?

i also use Solar as my main watch face.I am retired and have little need for data other than date and temperature . I prefer analogue with a couple of complications for the look and readability. I use mainly use Solar Analog but have an automation to switch between it and Palette (with Stocard and Workout complications) when I go to and leave the gym, and also Snoopy just for the sheer whimsy of it.
i never figured that this problem would occur.Would love digital, but as a lefty (wear watch on right wrist), the available watch faces don't work. The issue is that the time is on the right side of the dial and you can't change it, so it requires a major sleeve tug every time I want to see the time.
Does the same problem not exist for analogue? Whole face needs to be revealed?Would love digital, but as a lefty (wear watch on right wrist), the available watch faces don't work. I definitely agree that we need new watch faces.I like both and use both, need more of both too.
100% agree. It's insane that I can't get a watch face that looks like modular ultra on my regular Apple Watch.Furthermore, I believe we need more customisation.
I have always prefered the analogue versions for the normal Series-Apple-Watches but for the Ultra with it's more beefed up looks, the digitals have taken over.Ultra Modular. I find digital more “appropriate “ for smartwatches.
