I currently have a MK, but I never use the trackpad, and am considering going to a Smart Folio keyboard and letting my daughter have my MK.

Curious about the typing experience.

The MK is more like a MacBook keyboard. The SF keyboard has less travel and is softer, without the snap and tactility of the MK. I actually like the SF keyboard, but I think most people would prefer the MK.

I have the SF. Can’t compare the two but I can type at a pretty good clip in the SF.

I wouldn’t want to write a lot all day on it but it’s acceptable.

The SFs advantages are it’s form factor; thin and light.

Be sure to check eBay for one. I’ve seen plenty there for about $50.
