Extra Wallpapers Album

I'm runnng 8.4 and recently I noticed an extra iOS7 Wallpapers album on my phone. The folder that gets sync'ed on my Mac Mini has only one such folder. The extra album on my phone has a single image which I would never use as a wallpaper.

I can't find a way to remove this extra album. Is there a cache I can clear somewhere? Any suggestions?

not one for me however I don't own a mac tho.. maybe that could be the reason for the folder?

I'm on 10.2 now and I still have this problem. I can't find a way to delete this unwanted album from Photos.
