iPhone Got a 5S on iOS 8.1.1, how to get my iOS 9.3.2 data?

Hey guys, brought a brand new iPhone 5S that still has iOS 8.1.1, was wondering how can I restore my iOS 9.3.2 data to this phone? Updating the 5S is not an option as I think the newer firmwares would slow down the phone, it's running so fast on 8.1.1 now!

I would really like to restore my games data...

I can't recall if it does this, but have you tried resetting all settings and data to basically have it start up as new which would then perhaps give you the option to restore from a backup?
