I thought I’d share my experience with our “friends” at Hermes. So, I have three Kilim bands, absolutely love them. A few months ago, I attached my orange band and it wouldn’t stay in place, it kept sliding out. On inspection I found that the central rubber “stopper” (one of three) had fallen off from the long strap. I had owned the strap for less than three months so contacted Hermes expecting a replacement. No, they said, it needed inspection and possible repair. I sent it off and waited. And waited. And waited. In the meantime I had next to no updates and thought that they had lost the band. No, they assured me, they still had it and would be sending it back to me asap. To get to this point had taken 7 weeks. Two further weeks went by and I finally received my band back. Only no repair had been done, it was in exactly the same state, still faulty.

Absolutely terrible customer service and I have no idea where to go from here….

Maybe ask your Credit Card company to reverse the charge?

that's absolutely awful. i really hate how luxury companies take their customers for granted like this. did anyone tell you why it was not repaired? i'm sorry you had to deal with that!

That’s terrible service 😕

Whenever possible I buy my bands from Apple because I know they’ll always be better to deal with if there’s an issue (but of course, unfortunately, not all of the bands are available directly from Apple!).

Just FYI, if you buy a Hermes band through Apple and it develops a fault, you still need to send it to Hermes for assessment, Apple wont touch it for replacement.
