HIDVCAM App for Small Cameras - Not Working

Is anyone familiar with HIDVCAM, which came with a small camera that sticks on in places? It doesn't seem to like my router, won't connect with the camera, and the instructions are in very poorly written English on both the app and the manual that came with the camera.

Any pointers?
