How to get iCloud Music Library/iTunes Match Genius results on iPhone?

I have iTunes Match and have activated iCloud Music Library on my SE, but Genius results seem to not have been loaded with the iCloud Music Library because I cannot create genius playlists on any of the songs that I normally can through iTunes. Is there a way to get iCloud Music Library to update genius results on iPhone? If not, what is the trick to getting Genius results on iPhone when you use iCloud Music Library?
